Crazy Willy is revivifying standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky liqueur slainte and 60ml milk hot with 10ml sugar palm and good to have with brunch. Just warm glass and milk then add whisky into glass and pour in the hot milk. Stir in the palm sugar and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
