Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add in a little apple cider.
Pour in shot of bourbon.
Top glass with apple cider.
Add fish balls on the side for supper.

Apple Cider - Apple cider is an unfiltered unsweetened non alcoholic beverage made from apples.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Meat Ball Fish - Fish Meatball is ground fish into mince then rolled into a ball and can flavour with herbs and spices and can be poached or fried.

Catfish Hole is dainty full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon 33 straight and 70ml apple cider with 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into glass then add in a little apple cider and pour in shot of bourbon. Top glass with apple cider and add fish balls on the side for supper and served in a highball glass cold.
