Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into short glass.
  5. Pack more ice cubes into glass.

Caudillo is rico y picante very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy ron dos maderas and 30ml orujo olave with 30ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into short glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
