Method - Poured - Cold

Drop a little ice into glass.
Add sugar syrup into glass.
Pour in a little sdoa water.
Stir in the rose wine.
Pour in the port wine.
Drop scoop of ice cream into glass.
Add long cocktail spoon into glass.

Built with 80ml wine rose catawba and 20ml port wine with 20ml wine syrup rose as well as 60ml soda water including 60ml ice cream also 50ml ice and served with sweet dishes. Just drop a little ice into glass then add sugar syrup into glass and pour in a little sdoa water. Stir in the rose wine and pour in the port wine and drop scoop of ice cream into glass and add long cocktail spoon into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
