Method
  1. Place the ice into glass.
  2. Pour in the vermouth.
  3. Add the vodka.
  4. Pour in the pineapple juice.
  5. Sprinkle black currant liqueur on top.

Cassis Sunrise is glorious average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml vermouth dry and 15ml vodka with 15ml blackcurrant liqueur wenneker as well as 40ml pineapple juice including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into glass then pour in the vermouth and add the vodka. Pour in the pineapple juice and sprinkle black currant liqueur on top and served in a highball glass cold.
