Lime Juice

Soda Water

190ml

Ice

Coca Leaf

10% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place a small amount of ice into shaker.
Add coca leaf to shaker.
Pour in the aguardiente.
Add in the lime juice.
Shake the hell out of it.
Stir in the soda water.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Sabroso

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Coca Leaf - Coca Leaf is any of the four cultivated plants in the family Erythroxylaceae native to South America.

Castano is sabroso standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml aguardiente antioqueno and 10ml lime juice with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then add coca leaf to shaker and pour in the aguardiente. Add in the lime juice and shake the hell out of it and stir in the soda water then hawthorne strain into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
