Layered with 15ml lemon myrtle liqueur mad rooster and 60ml sparkling wine white with 15ml pomegranate liqueur mad rooster and best with an entree or small snack. Just add myrtle liqueur into cold glass then pour in the sparkling white wine and sprinkle pomegranate liqueur on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
