Cheralle is scrummy sake japanese full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka imperial collection and 30ml wine rice sake hakushika with 10ml lime juice as well as 30ml lychee juice including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with lychees or longan and served in a saucer glass cold.
