  2. Pour in shot of spiced rum.
  3. Add chestnut liqueur.
  4. Pour in soda water

Capricorn is delicious strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum spiced capricorn and 15ml chestnut liqueur aelred with 15ml pear liqueur st george as well as 30ml soda water including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into glass then pour in shot of spiced rum and add chestnut liqueur. Pour in soda water and sprinkle pear liqueur on top and garnish with pear and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
