Method
  1. Add shot of whisky to glass.
  2. Pour in the both juices.
  3. Stir in the soda water.
  4. Top glass with ice cubes.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Canal Street Daisy is heavenly full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky waterford and 15ml orange juice with 15ml lemon juice as well as 40ml club soda including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add shot of whisky to glass then pour in the both juices and stir in the soda water. Top glass with ice cubes and served in a highball glass cold.
