Built with 30ml rum black admiral nelson and 30ml ginger liqueur domaine de canton with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add dark rum and add pineapple juice. Float ginger liqueur on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
