  1. Put ice cubes into shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Cafeteria is gorgeous quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml coffee liqueur cream somrus and 30ml bourbon henry mckenna with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
