Cafe d Amour is very palatable light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 220ml coffee brew and 30ml cognac hennessy xo and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm glass then brew coffee and add all ingredients to warm glass. Pour in warm coffee and add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste then optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve with apricot danish pastry and garnish with peel and cinnamon and served in a coffee glass warm.
