Buddha Hand is scrumptious very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin desert lime fosseys and 30ml vodka with 10ml lemon juice including 10ml egg white and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add buddha hand peel into glass and add gin, vodka, juice and egg white. Shake well and strain into glass and garnish with twost of peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
