Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add buddha hand peel into glass.
Add gin, vodka, juice and egg white.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with twost of peel.

Shake well and strain into glass and garnish with twost of peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
