Method
  1. Place ice into large glass.
  2. Add in the rum and wine.
  3. Pour in both liqueurs.
  4. Splash in the bitters.
  5. Add juice and syrup.
  6. Pour a little sparkling wirn on top.
  7. Drop in a swizzle stick.

Buddha Punch is piatti gustosi strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum light white and 30ml wine white riesling with 40ml sparkling wine white as well as 15ml orange liqueur including 15ml cherry liqueur also 10ml bitters orange together with 15ml lemon juice and 15ml sugar syrup along with 130ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into large glass then add in the rum and wine and pour in both liqueurs. Splash in the bitters and add juice and syrup and pour a little sparkling wirn on top and drop in a swizzle stick and served in a goblet glass cold.
