Bubbler is goat strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml whiskey banner and 15ml watermelon liqueur with 70ml champagne rose and good with afternoon tea. Just add whisky splash to glass then pour in rose champagne and sprinkle watermelon liqueur on top and served in a flute glass cold.
