Brockenhaus is schmackhaft standard cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 220ml beer brew helles and 30ml bitters caraway kenny and good with afternoon tea. Just lighly warm the hekkes beer and glass then sprinkle caraway seeds into glass and splash in the bitters. Slowly add the helles beer to glass and served in a coffee glass warm.
