Method - Stirred - Cold

Add mint to bottom og glass.
Add in the brandy port and sugar syrup/
Muddle well.
Stir in the water.
Top glass with ice cubes.

Brandy Smash Classic is mouth watering full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml brandy santei and 15ml vinho do porto with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 40ml water including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add mint to bottom og glass then add in the brandy port and sugar syrup/ and muddle well. Stir in the water and top glass with ice cubes and served in a highball glass cold.
