Orgeat Syrup

Lemon Juice

Egg Yolk

Soda Water

Method - Shaken - Cold

Top glass with ice to chill.
Add rest of ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Shake well.
Pour into glass.
Top with soda.
Sharp

Brandy Dreher - Dreher is a brandy with a full bodied amber colour that is distilled and produced with cane sugar and dedicated to sincere people who know how to appreciate the little things in life.

Orgeat Syrup - Orgeat syrup is a syrup that is sweet and made from sugar almonds and rose water also orange flower water.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Egg Yolk - Yoke of an egg used for golden and emulsifed cocktail making.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Brandy Fizz Golden is sharp full bodied cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml brandy dreher and 10ml orgeat syrup with 60ml lemon juice including 30ml soda water also 250ml ice and best with lunch. Just top glass with ice to chill then add rest of ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and pour into glass and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
