Brandy Metaxa Reserve

Sugar Syrup

15ml

Lemon Juice

15ml

Egg White

30ml

Soda Water

190ml

Ice

12% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place a small amount of ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
Shake well.
Rest then shake well again.
Pour everything into glass.
Add more ice to glass.
Top with soda.

Shaken with 30ml brandy metaxa reserve and 10ml sugar syrup with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml egg white including 30ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and shake well. Rest then shake well again and pour everything into glass and add more ice to glass then top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
