Method - Stirred - Warm

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Prong strain into glass.

Brandy - Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling pomace or marc or wine or fermented fruit juice and generally contains 35 to 60 alcohol by volume.

Creme de Cassis - Creme de cassis is a sweet dark red liqueur made from blackcurrants also called Blackcurrant Liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Brandy Cassis is scrumptious very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy and 30ml creme de cassis with 15ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Prong strain into glass and twist of peel of lemon and served in a martini glass warm.
