Brandy Champarelle is lovely full strength cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 20ml cognac and 20ml orange liqueur mcguinness with 10ml anisette as well as 10ml chartreuse liqueur green and good with afternoon tea. Just add ingredients to mixing glass then stir well and pour into glass and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
