Brandied Apricot Frappe is thirst quenching robust cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 20ml cognac esteve and 20ml brandy apricot gabriel boudier with 20ml amaretto as well as 10ml lemon juice including 160ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pack glass with shaved ice then add ice to mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass over ice and served in a martini glass cold.
