Bourbon Street is very palatable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bourbon bakers 7year and 10ml bitters rhubarb with 5ml honey as well as 5ml ginger syrup including 10ml strawberry pulp finest call also 10ml lemon juice together with 30ml soda water and 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well without ice. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with a strawberry and served in a highball glass cold.
