Method - Poured - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add bitters to the edge of glass..
Add bourbon.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with lemon wedge.

Bourbon Pogue - Pogue Bourbon is made in small batch and is a straight Bourbon.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Bourbon Highball is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon pogue and 10ml bitters with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add bourbon. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon wedge and served in a highball glass cold.
