Boothonia is beguiling robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin saint felix and 15ml vermouth sweet with 15ml amer picon as well as 10ml lemon juice including 20ml passion fruit juice also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea.
