Method
  1. Add half the ice into glass.
  2. Drop in the peel and lighly muddle.
  3. Pour in the liqueur and juice.
  4. Top with soda water.

Bonny Prince William is stimulating light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml elderflower liqueur and 15ml lemon juice with 70ml soda water hemp as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice into glass then drop in the peel and lighly muddle and pour in the liqueur and juice. Top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
