Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Shake well.
Julep strain into cocktail glass.

Whisky Scotch Dundee - Dundee Scotch whisky has been blended from a selection of quality malt and grain whiskies skilfully chosen to give character and distinction.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Benedictine - Benedictine is a herbal liqueur beverage sweet brandy liqueur first made by monks.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Bonny Doon is gruamach heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml whisky scotch dundee and 30ml vermouth sweet with 10ml benedictine as well as 100ml ice and served large chunks of meat. Just put ice cubes into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well. Julep strain into cocktail glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
