Method - Stirred - Cold

Brew strong black tea and chill.
Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Prong strain into glass.
Dress top with tarragon.

Bonkers is dialoguer quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bonal dolin and 30ml gin mr collins vickers with 30ml tea as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just brew strong black tea and chill then place ice into mixing glass and pour all ingredients into mixing glass. Stir well until mixed and prong strain into glass and dress top with tarragon and served in a martini glass cold.
