Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice cunes into glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Gently dry stir without ice.
Pour into glass over ice cubes.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Sherry Dry - Dry sherry has sugar content less then 45 grams per litre.

Absinthe - Absinthe is an wormwood and anise flavored spirit derived from botanicals including the flowers and leaves of Artemisia absinthium together with green anise sweet fennel and other medicinal and culinary herbs and has a alcohol level between 45 to 75 percent.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Gum Syrup - Gum syrup is a rich simple syrup 2 to 1 sugar to water combined with gum Arabic an all natural resin harvested from the Acacia tree and found primarily in Northeast Africa.

Bon Appetit is scrummy average cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 80ml vermouth dry and 30ml sherry dry with 15ml absinthe as well as 15ml bitters including 30ml gum syrup also 130ml and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice cunes into glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently dry stir without ice. Pour into glass over ice cubes and served in a goblet glass cold.
