Blood Orange Spritz is luscious full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 15ml orange liqueur solerno and 15ml gin generous with 30ml sparkling wine white as well as 20ml orange juice including 20ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice cubes then add blood orange liqueur and pour in orange juice. Add dash of soda water and add gin and top with sparkling white wine and served in a highball glass cold.
