Fiona Volpe is gorgeous quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin cedar fox and 10ml eucalyptus syrup william fox with 35ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir well until chilled. Hawthorne strain into glass and drop small eucalyptus leaf on top and served in a martini glass cold.
