Method - Poured - Cold

Add the ice cubes into glass.
Pour in shot of gold rum.
Top with pineapple soda.
Sprinkle the hemp bitters on top.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Pineapple Soda - Pineapple soda with the flavour of pineapple mixed into club soda.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

BlockTexx is energizing average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum gold amber and 70ml pineapple soda with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add the ice cubes into glass then pour in shot of gold rum and top with pineapple soda. Sprinkle the hemp bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
