Bitter Garden is zesty mild cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml kumquat liqueur and 30ml orange juice with 10ml jam kumquat as well as 20ml soda water mineral including 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just place half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda water and quick shake to mix.
