Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.

Sambuca Black - Black Sambuca is an anise flavoured and black in color and also called Anisette or Anise Liqueur. Its most common variety is often referred to as white sambuca to differentiate it from other varieties that are deep blue in colour or bright red.

Apple Schnapps - Alcoholic beverage made with distilled apple spirit.

Stirred with 20ml sambuca black and 20ml apple schnapps with 20ml vodka rose 23rd street as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
