Belmont is dainty full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin raspberry 7k distillery and 30ml cream with 10ml raspberry syrup torani as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
