Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Mix well.
Strain into glass.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Beachcomber is drinkable quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml rum gunnery adelaide hills distillery and 15ml orange liqueur with 10ml grenadine as well as 10ml lemon juice including 10ml lime juice also 10ml orange juice together with 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
