Method - Blended - Cold

Add ice to blender.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with apricot.

Apricot Pulp - Apricot cut and mashed into a pulp sometime with sugar and a little water.

Apricot Syrup - Sugar water and apricots cooked into a syrup.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Batidas Apricot is sweet above average cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml cachaca gold bembom and 50ml apricot juice with 50ml apricot pulp as well as 10ml apricot syrup including 130ml ice and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with apricot and served in a goblet glass cold.
