  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Pour in maurin quina liqueur.
  3. Add izarra and gentiane.
  4. Top with soda water.

Salers Liqueur de Gentiane - Liqueur de Gentiane Salers was created by Alfred Labounoux in 1885 the salers gentian recipe is made from gentian roots grown in reasoned agriculture. After distillations and macerations the distillate is placed in oak barrels for more than 3 years.

Basquiano is revivifying full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml maurin quina and 15ml izarra with 15ml salers liqueur de gentiane as well as 30ml soda water including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to glass then pour in maurin quina liqueur and add izarra and gentiane. Top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
