Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Pour in shot of cognac.
Add apple cider.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with grape and apple slice.

Deposition is gouteux full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml cognac hennessy xo and 30ml apple cider with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice to chill then pour in shot of cognac and add apple cider. Top with soda water and garnish with grape and apple slice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
