Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with orange twist

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange Peel - Skin of a orange also known as peel or zest high in orange oil.

Bamboo is scrummy strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml sherry cream barbadillo and 45ml vermouth rosso with 10ml bitters angostura as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with orange twist and served in a martini glass cold.
