  1. Place the ice into large glass.
  2. Pour in the balm cordial.
  3. Add the white wine.
  4. Stir in the soda water.

Balmoral Beach is blasus smooth cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cordial balm and 70ml wine white with 70ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into large glass then pour in the balm cordial and add the white wine. Stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
