Balloon is rico full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml watermelon liqueur mad rooster and 70ml champagne rose and had with salad dishes. Just use chilled balloon glass then add the liqueur into balloom glass and pour in the cold rose champagne and served in a balloon glass cold.
