Ball Gown is fortifying weak cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Built with 50ml sparkling wine white and 50ml pear soda and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just pour the pear cider into glass then add in the sparkling white wine and garnish with dried pear and served in a flute glass cold.
