Baijiu Margarita is tart shaojiu robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml baijiu yanghe haizhilan and 30ml mandarin liqueur with 20ml mandarin juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients, less salt and peel and shake well. Salt rim of glass and strain into glass and garnish with mandarin peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
