Method
  1. Chill glass.
  2. Add ice to mixing glass.
  3. Add all ingredients.
  4. Stir well until cold and well mixed.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with peel.
  7. Very Enjoyable Shaojiu

Baijiu Martini is very enjoyable shaojiu heavy cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml baijiu yanghe haizhilan and 30ml vermouth blanco bottega with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just chill glass then add ice to mixing glass and add all ingredients. Stir well until cold and well mixed and strain into glass and garnish with peel and served in a martini glass cold.
