Method
  1. Place capers and onions into glass.
  2. Fold in the smoked samlon strips.
  3. Pour aquavit on top.
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
  5. Serve with warm pumpernickel bread.

Bad Axe is finger licking heavy cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml aquavit norden and 10ml lemon juice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place capers and onions into glass then fold in the smoked samlon strips and pour aquavit on top. Sprinkle lemon juice on top and serve with warm pumpernickel bread and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
