Azores is flavoursome strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml lemon liqueur dolce cilento and 30ml orange liqueur filfar with 30ml gin dry gordons as well as 80ml soda water including 130ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into glass then add in the liqueurs and pour in the gin. Stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
