Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Australian Alexander is heavenly quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml macadamia liqueur and 15ml creme de cacao brown with 15ml brandy as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
