Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
  3. Place all ingredients into warm shaker.
  4. Quick shake until warm.
  5. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Australian Amoure is glorious strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml amoure liqueur and 15ml lavender liqueur old kempton with 30ml cream hot and served with sweet dishes. Just warm glass then warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker and place all ingredients into warm shaker. Quick shake until warm and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass warm.
